Coconut ice cream from the jungle of Maui, Hawaii
Originally a chef at a Michelin Star restaurant, founder Glen Simkins quit his job and moved to the Maui jungle in 2006 to start making ice cream.

His wish is to bring magic and happiness to the world with his ice cream. He insists on using only the freshest coconut and other carefully selected ingredients, including fresh coconut from the local area, to create a daily We did a lot of research. The organic & non-dairy coconut ice cream took almost 2 years to perfect.
In 2008, Coconut Glen opened its first store on Maui. Coconut Glen has become an iconic ice cream shop on Maui and is beloved by the locals.
