About Delivery (Chilled Delivery Service)

Q. I would like to know the delivery area.

We can ship to the whole country except for some remote islands by Cool Takkyubin (Yamato Transport).

Please check with Yamato Transport.

 

Q.I want to know the shipping date.

It is usually shipped within 1-3 days on weekdays. 

Q. How much does it cost to deliver to each region?

The delivery charge per box (up to 14 pieces) is as follows

1,150 yen per box:

Miyagi, Yamagata, Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Yamanashi, Nagano, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi and Mie Prefectures.

1,260 yen:

Aomori, Iwate, Akita, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara and Wakayama prefectures

1,390 yen:

Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime and Kochi prefectures

1,590 yen:

Hokkaido, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima and Okinawa prefectures

* Due to the standard size of the box and refrigerant, up to 14 pieces will be charged for one box.

15 ~ 28 pieces will result in 2 boxes and double the top shipping charge.

29 ~ 42 pieces will result in 3 boxes and the top shipping charge will be doubled.

If you purchase 5 boxes or more, the price is 7,000 yen for the whole country.

Q.I want to choose the color of the cup.

We are sorry, but we do not accept color selection for the cups.

 

About local delivery

Q. Can I specify a time for the local delivery?

We are very sorry, but you can not specify a delivery time. We can only deliver between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the day you selected.

 

Q. What are the delivery areas for local delivery?

We deliver to the following areas in Shibuya and Minato-ku

Sakuragaoka, Jingumae, Shoto, Sarugakucho, Jinnan, Udagawacho, Dogenzaka, Shibuya, Higashi, Hiroo, Daikanyamacho, Sarugakucho, Nanpeidai, Kita-Aoyama, Minami-Aoyama, Nishi-Azabu, Moto-Azabu, Azabu-Juban, Minami-Azabu

We do not deliver to Shibuya Scramble Square. If you wish to delivery to Scramble square, please use Uber Eats or Chompy.
